The Royal Way Volunteer Program
In our effort to move the district mission and Rogers Middle School strategic action plan forward, RMS is encouraging parents and the broader community to become more involved in their schools.
By bringing parents and community members into the school building, we at Rogers Middle School believe both students and adults will benefit from the increased interaction and participation. We feel we can enhance our school environment, inspire our students, and empower them to become lifelong learners.
If you would like to volunteer at RMS, please fill out the interest form or email Anne Anderson at anne.anderson@isd728.org.
*Volunteer applicants are required to pay the $10.25 online processing fee for the background check. Only activities that require volunteers to work directly with students require a background check. An approved background check is valid for three calendar school years.

Getting Involved at RMS
I hope you enjoyed your summer and that you and your student(s) are ready to have a great school year at RMS! My name is Anne Anderson and I am the Parent Liaison at Rogers Middle School. Part of my job as the Parent Liaison is to help parents support their child(ren)’s education through getting parents involved at RMS. Please know that I am a resource and advocate for you and that I am more than willing to help answer any questions you may have.
We will do our best to keep you informed this school year, so please make sure your contact information is correct on Parent Portal to ensure you don't miss out on any communication pieces.
Thank you for supporting your student(s) by reading the monthly RMS Messenger newsletter, attending conferences, checking grades on Parent Portal, providing a quiet study location, and taking time each day to check in with your student(s).
