The Media Center is very lucky to be getting new carpet and paint this summer (yay!), but that means final due dates for library books will look a little different. All library books be due on May 6 with these exceptions:
  • 5th Grade: May have ONE novel checked out for their book jacket project in English class--due back no later than May 23.
  • 6th Grade: May have ONE book checked out for Q4 reading requirements--due back no later than May 23.
  • 7th Grade: No books checked out after May 6.
  • 8th Grade: May have ONE Literature Circle book checked out--due back no later than May 23.

Students who wish to have more book options for independent reading will need to visit the public library, use their teachers' classroom libraries, or supply books from home. All lost and damaged books fees MUST be paid by the last day of school. The school district sets the policies about unpaid school fees, but please reach out if you have questions. All questions about overdue books and lost and damaged library fees should be sent to annie.allen@isd728.org

5th Grade Book Bowl

Congratulations to our 5th grade Book Bowl team that competed at the District Bowl on Wednesday, March 26th. Congratulations!

Thank You to Our Amazing Volunteers!

Thank you to all of our volunteers who spend countless hours helping out at RMS!  Thank you to all of the volunteers who have come in at any time throughout the 24-25 school year to volunteer their time and/or donated items for different events/activities!  We appreciate you so much!
