Rogers Middle School Administration

Welcome to Rogers Middle School -  I am extremely excited and honored to begin my fourth year as principal serving the staff, students, parents and community of RMS.  Our dedicated staff of professionals work hard daily to serve over 1000 students in grades 5-8. Rogers Middle School is committed to meeting the unique academic, social and emotional needs of the middle level child, making it a great place to learn.

The middle school experience is a time of critical growth on the journey to success in high school and life after graduation.  College and career readiness are a major focus during the middle school experience. RMS students enroll in a variety of courses in core subject areas, vocal and instrumental music, and many enriching course offerings such as Art, Industrial Technology, Health, Computer Science/Coding, World Language, Family and Consumer Science, Technology and Physical Education.

Our entire staff works hard to make RMS a safe, caring, respectful and positive environment where students can be successful and gain a sense of belonging.  Our well established WEB (Where Everybody Belongs) program allows current 8th grade leaders to mentor 5th grade students through high energy, engaging and fun-filled activities. We embrace the ongoing support and involvement of our parent and community stakeholders; together, WE can make 2023-24 another great school year!   Please don’t hesitate to call or email me if you have any questions or concerns. I can be reached at 763-241-3517 or via email at nicole.rittenour@isd728.org.
