Visitor Policy

We want to share information with you so we can work together to ensure building security at Rogers Middle School.  We are asking parents and guardians to follow school policy to provide school security.

·Doors are locked in the morning until 7:50 a.m.

·If a parent or guardian needs to visit with a teacher in person, please make sure to schedule an appointment.  If your appointment is before 7:50 a.m., please check in at the reception office.

·Sometimes, issues come up where a parent or guardian needs to come to school and check a locker, or to drop something off.  In this case, parents and guardians need to wait to enter the building until 7:50 a.m.  Please make sure you always sign in at the reception office.

· If you are coming to school to pick up your son/daughter at the end of the school day, please wait for them outside or in the front atrium of the building.  If you are planning on going anywhere else in the building you will need to sign in at the reception office for a visitor pass.
